Contract Administrator Associate

The Contract Administrator Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that all contractual and time-sensitive obligations related to artists, agents, artist management, and presenting partners are fulfilled prior to each engagement. This position serves as a key point of communication with agents and artist representatives, facilitating the exchange of information and materials needed to execute each engagement successfully. Working closely with Program, Production, Marketing, and Finance teams, this position tracks, verifies, and documents the timely completion of deliverables including insurance certificates, W-9s, marketing assets, technical riders, hospitality needs, and other required materials.

Executive Assistant & Office Manager

The Executive Assistant & Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of The Z’s administrative offices and provides direct support to the CEO. This role is responsible for coordinating internal administrative systems, managing organizational logistics, and serving as the central point for office-wide needs. Acting with confidentiality, a high degree of discretion and professionalism, the role ensures seamless execution of executive functions, contributes to a well-functioning workplace, and enables senior leadership to focus on strategic priorities. Director of Production

The Director of Production ensures the seamless technical and operational execution of all performances and events efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining high quality. This role oversees all aspects of production, stage operations, and technical services for presented shows, rentals, and in-house events. The Director of Production is both a strategic leader and hands-on problem-solver — ensuring that artists’ needs are met, technical standards are upheld, and safety, security, and hospitality are prioritized at every step.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The Zeiterion’s internship program provides high school and college students with comprehensive experience working in a non-profit performing arts center. Zeiterion interns can receive training in arts administration in several fields, including development, marketing, education, and patron services.
