Ticket Options for Postponed Performances


If you have tickets to cancelled or rescheduled performance, please scroll down to let us know what you’d like to do with your tickets. Here are the options:

Keep my tickets. The show will go on! To attend the performance on the new date, you do not need to do anything with the tickets. If you have them in-hand, you can use them on the new date. If a new date is not listed, you will be contacted when a new date is determined, and you will have these same options at that time. If you would like to keep your current tickets for the new date, choose the KEEP option below.

Donate my tickets. Like many nonprofit arts organizations, the Zeiterion has been greatly affected by this pause in revenue and performances. If you are in a position to do so, please consider donating the value of your tickets back to The Z. Your charitable contribution will help The Z remain resilient during this challenging time. If you would like to convert your tickets into a tax-deductible charitable donation to the Zeiterion Performing Arts Center, click the DONATE option below.

Receive a credit for future use. We’d love to have you back for a show in the future! You can elect to receive a credit to use toward a future ticket purchase in the form of a digital gift card. We will contact you with the gift card information shortly. If you’d like to receive a gift card, choose the CREDIT option below.

Receive a refund. We understand that the best option for you at this time may be to receive a refund. If you purchased your tickets with a credit card, your account will be credited. If you purchased your tickets with cash or a check, you will be mailed a refund check. If you purchased with a gift card, the amount will be returned to a digital gift card. Please be aware, refunds will be distributed after the original event date. If you would prefer a refund for the full amount, choose REFUND below. If the performance has been rescheduled, you may request a refund until 60 days before the rescheduled performance. Refund requests within 60 days of the rescheduled show are not valid.

As you can imagine, volume is high right now.  We would greatly appreciate patrons using this form to indicate your decision to make this process as efficient as possible. Shows are listed in alphabetical order. If you have tickets to more than one performance, you can select one option for each show.
