GENERAL THEATRE POLICIES
The Zeiterion Theatre is committed to providing a safe, secure and enjoyable environment for our patrons, staff and performers. In that effort, we encourage respectful and appropriate behavior from all patrons at performances and reserve the right to remove patrons from the theatre whose behavior is disruptive or contrary to theatre policy. Please be respectful of your fellow patrons and their desire for quiet enjoyment of the performance. In the event that your theatre experience is being disrupted by another patron, please find an Usher or the House Manager.
Standing and Dancing
The Zeiterion welcomes all types of theatrical events, concerts and performances to our stage. Depending on the nature of the performance, there may be occasions when patrons are inspired to show their enthusiasm by standing or dancing at their seats, especially when encouraged by the performers to do so. In such instances, we ask that patrons remain at their seats, keep the aisles clear and refrain from congregating near the sides or front of the stage. To ensure the safety of all guests while presenting an enjoyable experience for everyone, The Z staff reserves the right to require patrons to return to their seats and/or remain seated.
All guests must maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Guests using offensive language or engaging in disorderly, disruptive or illegal conduct or refusing to comply with a policy or a directive issued by The Zeiterion’s personnel, may be ejected from the facility and may be subject to arrest. Third Party Ticket Sellers
Buyer Beware! We do not authorize our tickets for resale through third party sellers such as eBay, StubHub, Craig’s List, etc. Tickets purchased through sources other than the Zeiterion box office or official website (www.zeiterion.org) may have substantial service fees above face value and are purchased at your own risk. We do not replace fraudulent tickets. Duplicate, counterfeit or altered tickets will not be honored. On occasion, we will allocate tickets through Groupon or an artist may make tickets available through their official site or fan club website.
Ticket and Membership Restrictions
It is The Zeiterion’s policy that we do not sell tickets to patrons who seek to resell their tickets. The Zeiterion reserves the right to cancel orders and restrict/revoke Membership privileges of any patron found to be in violation of our ticketing limits and policies. At The Zeiterion’s discretion, this may include voiding all of the patron’s current orders and denying any future ticket purchases.
Each Zeiterion event has a posted ticket limit. Groups and organizations who require more tickets to an event may purchase them directly through our Group Sales program. Not all events are available for discounts or group sales. Customers who are not making a group sale but attempt to manipulate or exceed ticket limits may have the entirety of their order(s) for that event canceled. Ticket limits are in place to ensure fairness in the market and to mitigate the possibility of large numbers of seats being stockpiled by third party sellers. We appreciate our patrons’ cooperation in keeping tickets out of the hands of resellers and we are always available to answer questions and provide personal service through our Box Office (508)994-2900.

Most shows are appropriate for children 4 and up, please check with our Box Office if you have a question regarding a particular performance. These fees help to cover the cost of operating the theatre, as well as administrative and box office staffing, credit card fees charged by merchant services, ticketing software, 24/7 ordering via our website, postage, computer and telephone systems, utilities and supplies.
