AMERICAN PLACE THEATRE'S LITERATURE TO LIFE STAGE PRESENTATION OF THE GIVER BY LOIS LOWRY

American Place Theatre brings a new and superb adaptation of Lois Lowry’s Newbery Award-winning book as part of their Literature to Life® series. This solo-performance focuses on the relationship between the young Jonas, performed by Aurea Tomeski, and his mentor, The Giver, as the buried truth about the world becomes hauntingly clear. Surrounded by a pre and post show interactive discussion on stage, where the audience is seated for the performance, the group will explore themes including individuality, ethics and social constructs.

*This performance is not eligible for senior, student, military or group discounts.

Join us for a Page to Stage Book Club to discuss The Giver! The discussion will take place in The Z’s Member Lounge prior to the stage performance at 6:30PM.
